"I recently finished Algebra 1 common core as an 8th grader and with the help of the Barron's regents books and the study materials my teacher gave me I got a 93. The red book was very helpful but it only had 2 tests as they recently changed the curriculum. This book was not updated to include the January regents. I do think this book is helpful but it is cheaper just to print the exams online on the nysed websites (there are explanations as well) I would recommend only buying the blue book as it includes the tests that this book has AND an overview of the entire curriculum."

- We thought about getting this book from the library but my son was dedicated and wanted to track his work in the book. He has this book in his hands more than his phone. Amazing.
- It’s organized so that you can easily select the questions to practice based on the topic. Answers and explanations included.
- I reccomend this for anyone who has regent coming up. This book is a lifesaver and helped me pass with a high grade. This book has formulas and tests with explanations for each answer.
